Intensives
Are you looking to do a deep dive into your relationship or your relationship to sexuality? Intensives are 1 (4 hours) or 2 day (4 hours each day) therapy experiences where we explore tools and skill building to address your goals. We have a 1.5 hour meeting beforehand to clarify goals and desires. Please reach out for more details on intensives. These are offered virtually and in person.

"Circles of Sexuality": a Tool to Explore our Sexual Selves
This is a virtual training.
The Circles of Sexuality consists of 5 circles: sensuality, sexuality, identity, sexualization, and intimacy. This training will explore how to combine the Circles of Sexuality and Somatic awareness to explore sexuality topics with clients. This training will help you gain a new technique for assessment surrounding sexual issues, and explore basic psycho-education surrounding somatic awareness and sexuality.
Takeaways from the training:
-You will learn what the circles of sexuality are and how to use them with clients.
- You will learn questions and prompts to explore the circles of sexuality with clients.
-You will learn the basics of somatic awareness and sexuality
-You will learn how to use a body map
-You will learn a new tool for sexuality/intimacy history taking
